Agreement

By creating an account or using Spiritual Growth Eval, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What this service is (and is not)

Spiritual Growth Eval is a sanctification and growth tool: a prayerful mirror for habits and next steps with Jesus. It is not a salvation test, a measure of your worth, or a determination of whether you belong to Christ. Salvation comes by grace alone through faith (Ephesians 2:8–10). Scores and stages are growth markers only.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password confidential, and activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. Do not share login credentials.

Spiritual data and privacy

Assessment answers and scores are sensitive spiritual data. There are no public leaderboards and no public sharing of individual scores by default. See the Privacy Policy for collection, use, retention, and security details.

Admin access to scores and history

By using Spiritual Growth Eval, you understand that designated ministry administrators may view your profile, assessment scores, discipline breakdowns, and take history for pastoral care and ministry purposes. This is not a public ranking system. If that access is not acceptable to you, do not use the service or delete your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful, personal spiritual reflection.
• Do not attempt to access other members’ accounts or data, probe systems, or disrupt the service.
• Do not misuse assessment content in ways that shame others or present scores as a salvation verdict.

Content and intellectual property

Assessment instruments, stage copy, branding, and software are owned by the ministry or its licensors. You may use them only through the service as provided. Your answers remain your data subject to the Privacy Policy and admin access described above.

Retention and account deletion

We retain account and assessment records while your account is active so you can review growth over time. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which removes profile data, attempts, answers, reminders, and push devices associated with the account (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” for spiritual growth reflection and ministry support. It is not professional counseling, medical advice, or a guarantee of any spiritual outcome. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Spiritual Growth Eval are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes appear on this page constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
